  • Photograph interior and exterior of home. Design and print custom color brochure for showings.
  • Enter listing in MLS, multiple “areas” (when appropriate) with custom photo.  Regular re-entry of listing for maximum visibility.
  • Internet presence at Realtor.com, REColorado.com, TeamHetterich.com.  Customized listing include photos, unique headline, brochure information and listing agent contact!!
  • Remax of Cherry Creek sign call service by a licensed agent, seven days a week (holidays excepted).
  • Remax of Cherry Creek “Insights” newsletter listing, distributed to approximately 1000 clients and customers of Team Hetterich.
  • Print Advertising in demographically suitable media, when appropriate.
  • Weekly communication to discuss feedback and marketing strategy.
